Nintendo NEW YORK and Nintendo SAN FRANCISCO return policy
You have 30 days from the original purchase date to return or exchange products purchased directly from the Nintendo New York or the Nintendo San Francisco stores. The original sales receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Products must be returned to the Nintendo store they were purchased from.
Nintendo will not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
Any items that have been opened, unsealed, or had tags removed;
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, shows signs of use or is missing parts;
Any items that were not purchased directly from Nintendo New York or Nintendo San Francisco or that were purchased from one of the Nintendo stores, including the My Nintendo Store, but returned to a different store;
Any digital item including digital games, download content (DLC), subscriptions, and download codes (including any physical products that include digital items, such as Nintendo eShop cards);
Any items not returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date, as marked on the original sales receipt;
Gift cards.
Credits for properly returned items will be applied to the payment method that was used for the order. If credit card payment was used, the credit will be applied to the same credit card number that was used for the original order. Credits should appear within two billing cycles. Nintendo reserves the right to limit or decline refunds or exchanges. This full returns & exchanges policy is available in writing upon request to the store clerk.
